Vinod as the Managing Partner is responsible for the overall business directions and growth strategy for MapleCode. He also heads and channelizes the Global Sales, Marketing & Client Management Functions. He brings expertise in motivating and empowering organisations in managing change and development and leads the business growth drivers at MapleCode.
A Computer Science Engineering graduate, Vinod has experience in IT, Consulting, Sales, Marketing & Branding, Operations, and Talent Acquisition & Management. Before co-founding MapleCode, he was the Head of Global Operations, and led several initiatives in operations, technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries and business development at Intelligroup Inc., Keane Inc., and Wipro Technologies.
Vinod believes in bringing about a paradigm shift in customer service, leadership, commitment, creativity and culture with a view to enhancing value delivery. He enjoys playing golf, learning Hindustani classical music, going on long drives and travelling.

Prior to co-founding the company, Prashanth held senior positions in Business Strategy, IT Enablement and Process based methodologies in India and abroad. Prashanth had his early schooling in Sultanate of Oman and continued his stay in Bangalore and Australia. He holds a Masters degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and has over a decade of experience in Strategy Management, Finance, Information Technology and Operations.
Prashanths passion is to help companies as well as individuals to identify and maximize their competitive advantage through newer methods of business management. Shekhar Aryan Senior Partner (Europe) |
Shekhar Aryan is a Senior Partner with MapleCode and is responsible for the overall business strategy functions of the Company in the United Kingdom and Europe. Shekhar aims to establish a niche in delivering Executive Search, Business Consulting and Security focused projects in the region by creating emphasis on providing simple solutions and good customer experience whilst offering a higher level of quality service to help select leading firms achieve their goals. As part of his role in MapleCode (UK) Limited, he engages with customers in promoting visibility of the organisation and its services, while sourcing projects for the organisation, administering corporate issues, and managing staff.
Prior to MapleCode, Shekhar worked as a Senior Technology Consultant within the high technology and IT security domains, where he focused on aligning strategic project development, integration, and implementation, as well as process analysis and optimisation.
Shekhar has been leading projects ahead of trends in global minded businesses to build profitability. As a Technology Specialist turned Manager, Shekhar has lived through boom to bust, first doing the technical support on global imaging projects, then working at the forefront of online banking in Asia-Pacific, then to UK where he has focused on risk and security issues within leading financial and telecom organizations.
Having started his career in India, after his Engineering degree, Shekhar moved to Asia-Pacific where he worked for a leading Australasian bank building Security and Online Solutions for the burgeoning online banking and Telco payments including anti-fraud measures. In the context of cross-EU companies he has lead teams and projects creating complete IT Security and Solution building allowing those firms to grow in a healthy, profitable, and strategic way internationally.
